  Our staff have been
chosen, not only for their experience, but also for their
dedication to care and attention. They chose to work at Burnham
Lodge because they wish to provide a personal service in a
calm, homely and efficient environment.
Leading our professional
and caring staff is our Matron, Jaquie Taylor, who has a wealth
of experience and knowledge. Matron first
qualified
as an RGN, ENB 998 with ENB enhancement in nursing practice in 1985 at Windsor School of Nursing.
After working as a Senior Staff Nurse for many years in a multi-speciality private patients ward Mrs Taylor joined the Burnham Lodge team in 1999 as Deputy Matron. Mrs Taylor was therefore in an excellent position to take over when our previous Matron returned to Scotland in 2008. The excellence of the care at Burnham Lodge is largely due
to that fact that Matron insists on retaining a hands-on
approach in conjunction with keeping up to date with all the latest regulations and nursing practice so as to offer the highest quality care possible.
