We retain one months fees as a deposit on admission, which
is fully refundable subject to us receiving four weeks notice
of a resident leaving. Our fees are payable calendar monthly
in advance by standing order.
Those residents assessed to be in need of nursing care would
be eligible for RNCC payments - these assessments are arranged
by our Administrator after admission. While the majority of
our beds are for privately funded residents, in some circumstances
contractual arrangements can be made with local authority
social services departments where individuals have been assessed
for assisted funding.
Fees are revised on an annual basis every April, and increase
in line with RPI.
Supplementary services such as hairdressing,
chiropody, newspapers etc are charged separately every quarter.
